At Carefree Homecare we understand that without quality caregivers you can’t provide quality care. In order to consistently provide quality caregivers we have created one of the finest training programs in the state of Arizona for non-medical home care. While many home care providers are cutting costs by using voluntary self-directed internet training programs, Carefree Homecare continues to invest in on site company directed training programs.

Our training starts with a 300 square foot training room that has been recognized as one of the best equipped facilities of its kind in the Arizona home care industry.

Our core training program teaches the “Principles of Caregiving” as developed by the Arizona Direct Care Curriculum Project. This program is taught by our certified trainer.

Our industry leading Alzheimer’s Directed Care Program was created in 2010 under the guidance and assistance of Dr. Verna Benner-Carson of C & V Senior Care Specialists, the Foundation for Senior Living and other industry behavior Specialists in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care. This program is unmatched in vision and depth of instruction by any other home care competitor.
