Carol's Caregiver of the Year

Each December we select a caregiver who has consistently demonstrated the finest qualities a caregiver should provide throughout the year. This award is named in honor of Carol Hebert, who worked for Carefree Homecare from 1996 until her untimely passing in March of 2006.

This award includes a $500 bonus to the selected caregiver.

Employee of the Year

Each December we select the Employee of the Year from our 12 Employee of the Month winners.

This award includes a $500 bonus to the selected employee.

Employee of the Month

Each month we select a caregiver who has stood out as an outstanding employee for the company and our clients.

The selected employee receives a $100 bonus for their recognition and becomes eligible for possible selection as our "Employee of the Year" in December.
